Primary Recruitment Registration

Recruitment Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for Panhellenic recruitment, you must be enrolled as a full-time Miami student and have completed, at Miami University or other accredited institution:

  • One full-time fall or spring semester 

  • 12 credit hours (does not include, AP, IB, dual-enrollment credit achieved in high school)

  • At least a 2.5 minimum GPA** (transfer GPAs cannot be combined - only the most recent college GPA received will be considered)

    • Only the Fall 2024 GPA will count towards recruitment eligibility (for first year students)

    • Cumulative college GPA will be reviewed for sophomores and above

    • J-Term 2025 grades will NOT count for any individual regardless of year in school​

  • Two educational modules sent by the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life

    • Vector Solutions online hazing prevention module 

    • Introduction to Fraternity and Sorority Life Canvas course 

  • PNM Welcome Round video (optional but HIGHLY encouraged)

 

**Many Panhellenic chapters have their own individual GPA requirements that may be higher than a 2.5. Please check our Chapter Information page for this information.

Recruitment Registration Instructions

  • Please use your Miami University UniqueID and Miami Email address when necessary. 

  • In order to fully register, you must pay the registration fee in full and fill out all of the necessary areas. 

    • For Potential New Members with a significant financial need, you can apply for a need-based registration fee waiver. There are a limited number of waivers/scholarships available, and if offered membership to join a chapter, you will be required to pay dues. If given the waiver, you will still need to pay the $75 up front and you will be reimbursed after recruitment concludes. Apply for the waiver here!

  • Complete all required fields in one sitting, you will not be able to save the form and submit later.

  • Have your updated resume and a picture/headshot ready when you start the registration process.

  • You can find the short answer questions listed on this document. There are a few short answer questions at the end of the form. If you choose to write out your answers on a separate document first, you will not be able to copy and paste them into this form, you will have to re-type them directly on the form.

Registration will open on August 1st, 2024 and close on January 3rd, 2025.

The registration fee is $75. The registration fee is non-refundable. Registering for recruitment does not guarantee that each PNM will be eligible and/or get a bid. In addition to the registration form, PNMs also have a chance to submit an Optional PNM Welcome Round Video
