Formal Recruitment Schedule

It is expected that all PNMs attend all recruitment related events as directed by their schedule. If you need to miss any recruitment event, it must be approved by Panhellenic. Missing recruitment events without an excuse, will be grounds for dismissal from the process. In order to submit you absence to Panhellenic, please complete the Recruitment Absentee Form. If you are an athlete and need accommodations because of a scheduling conflict, please complete the Athlete Accommodation Form.

Recruitment Kick Off - Thursday, February 1st

6:00pm-9:00pm - Armstrong Student Center Pavilion (mandatory for PNMs in groups 1-09)
7:30pm-10:30pm - Armstrong Student Center Pavilion (mandatory for PNMs in groups 10-18)

What to wear: This night is casual! Dress in whatever is comfortable for you. Athleisure/jeans and a t-shirt are all acceptable. You will not be meeting any chapters this evening.

Welcome Round - Friday, February 2nd

5:00pm-8:30pm - PNMs meet in Rho Gamma groups to watch Chapter Welcome Round videos (selected locations)

What to wear: This night is casual! Dress in whatever is comfortable for you. Athleisure/jeans and a t-shirt are all acceptable. You will not be meeting any chapters this evening.

Philanthropy Round - Saturday, February 3rd and Sunday, February 4th

Saturday @ 9:00am - PNMs meet in Rho Gamma groups for morning meeting and to receive Philanthropy Round schedules

What to wear: Panhellenic will provide you with a t-shirt for this round! Chapters will also be wearing t-shirts. Nicer bottoms such as shorts, jeans, skirts, slacks, etc. are all appropriate. Wear whatever makes you feel most confident and comfortable! We do recommend comfortable shoes as you will be walking from chapter to chapter. Don't forget to coat for when you are outside!

Sisterhood Round - Thursday, February 8th and Friday, February 9th

What to wear: This round is snappy casual. Casual dresses, blouses, skirts, slacks, jumpsuits, etc. are all appropriate for this round. Chapters will be dressed similarly. Think about what you might wear to a nice brunch or dinner with friends. You will be walking to chapter events so bring a coat/warm shoes to walk in between events.

Preference Round - Saturday, February 10th

12:30pm - PNMs meet in Rho Gamma groups for morning meeting and to receive Preference Round schedules

Event 3 4:00pm - 5:00pm

2:00pm-8:00pm - PNMs make selections in Armstrong Pavilion as soon as they have attended all of their chapters for Preference Round

What to wear: This round is the most formal round of recruitment. Formal dresses, skirts, slacks, pantsuits, etc. are all appropriate. Think about what you might wear as a wedding guest! You will be walking to chapter events so bring a coat/warm shoes to walk in between events.

Bid Day - Sunday, February 11th

3:30pm - PNMs meet Rho Gammas in select locations
4:30pm - PNMs arrive at Millett accompanied by Rho Gammas
4:45pm - Bids Delivered to PNMs by Rho Gammas
5:00pm - New members introduced by chapter individually to the community
6:00pm - New Member events begin
10:00pm - New Member events end

What to wear: This is a casual day and the chapters will provide you with a t-shirt once you open your Bid. To Bid Day you can wear causal or snappy casual attire, whichever you are comfortable. Keeping in mind that you will be changing into a t-shirt later!
